Yes — deposits are fully refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations forfeit the deposit so we can offer the slot to someone else.

The Signature South Korean Facial (60 min · CHF 69) is our most-loved first-time ritual. If you have specific skin concerns or want a longer experience with consultation, choose The Heaven Ritual (75 min · CHF 125).

Yes — gentle, hygienic extractions are included in the Signature and Heaven Ritual treatments, performed only on skin that's been prepped and softened so we don't damage the barrier.
